Warranty
Camelot Furniture Ltd provides a 7 year warranty*, this includes a 2 year full cover subject to fair wear and tear under normal usage from date of purchase. There is also an additional 5 year (parts only) warranty covering all Seminar electrical components and metal undercarriages, subject to fair wear and tear under normal usage. N.B. This excludes; Static Chairs, Settees, Manual Recliners, Wallhugger and Bariatric Chairs of 35 stone capacity and above, which all have the standard 2 year warranty. Under the terms of our warranty all faulty parts must be returned to Camelot Furniture in order to receive replacement parts free of charge.
Warranty Procedure:
1. We must receive the 6 digit order number associated with the chair. We must receive the HY Mechanism number on the undercarriage and the serial no. associated with it.
2. Without this, Camelot Furniture cannot proceed with warranty work and we will not have enough information to determine whether it is a product still within the warranty period.
3. For faulty parts, we can dispatch replacements within 48 hours, however if the faulty goods are not returned to us within 2 weeks the replacement parts will be invoiced as we have to provide the faulty parts to our suppliers for them to fulfil their warranty obligations.
4. For full or part chairs, the chair must be boxed up and ready for collection. Our courier will then pick up the chair and return to its destination when remedial work is complete.
The Solar Collection Chairs have a 12 month warranty, subject to fair wear and tear under normal usage.
